Shellie

Office Manager

Shellie is an Arizona native whose dental career began when she was 16 working at her childhood pediatric dental office.  Shellie prides herself on all aspects of dentistry and brings more than 25 years of valued dental experience to our office. She’s responsible for keeping the office running smoothly and overseeing all of the administrative needs. Shellie has a passion for people and she loves helping change the lives of our patients as they achieve the smile of their dreams. Creating an inviting and caring environment is her specialty! Outside of the office, she is a proud mother of 7, an avid fitness enthusiast, cheerleader at her kids sporting events, and volunteers at AzMOMS.

Fun Fact - Shellie is the proud momma to twins.

Allison

Administrative Assistant

I recently relocated to Phoenix in March. I have a passion for exercise, enjoy cooking, and love to travel. Additionally, I am enthusiastic about the dental field and have previously worked as an oral surgery assistant.

Fun Fact: Moved to Arizona when I was 5 from El Salvador

Katelyn

Treatment Coordinator

I have a deep passion for photography, capturing nature's beauty and candid moments. Painting is another creative outlet; I enjoy expressing my thoughts through vibrant colors. Music is a big part of my life, whether I’m playing an instrument or enjoying my favorite playlists. I love spending time outdoors—camping under the stars, fishing in peaceful lakes, and exploring hiking trails. Born in sunny Arizona, I cherish connecting with patients in my work, advocating for them, and helping them leave better than when they arrived.

FUN FACT: I lived in Alaska for 8 years!

Demitria

Surgical Assistant

Demitria was born and raised in Phoenix, Arizona. After graduating Dental assisting school in 2021, she did her internship with Dr. Kim, and has worked here ever since.  Demitria and her wife have 2 cats named Jasper and Stella. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, reading, and photography. 

FUN FACT:  Demitria can solve a rubix cube in less than 2 minutes.

Mady

Surgical Assistant

Mady was born and raised in Olympia, Washington and moved to Arizona in 2015. Ever since graduating from Dental assisting school in 2020, she has fallen in love with Oral Surgery and has been in the field ever since. Mady was a gymnast for 12 years, and a cheerleader for 4. She has a doodle named Willow and loves to spend time with her when she isn’t at work. Mady also loves to attend music festivals, go out with friends, travel and spend time with her family. 

FUN FACT:  Mady is an only child.

Cate

Surgical Assistant

Cate was born and raised in Northern California, in a little city called Morgan Hill. She moved to Arizona in 2024 with her identical twin sister. She has been in Oral Surgery for 13 years, and has continued her career here in Phoenix. Cate’s hidden talent is cooking. She also loves live music and experiencing new restaurants around town. 

FUN FACT:  Cate cannot do a cartwheel.
